Does:
4-6 weeks prior to freshening
BOSE 2 ½ cc/100 lbs.
CD & T 2cc
Gradually increase feed until they are getting 2# a day for the last month.

After freshening:
Lots of love and warm molasses water – I give mine warm wet beet pulp with molasses.
Oxytocin 2-2 ½ cc immediately ( I only use this if necessary)
Dewormer – within the next day or so
Feed according to the amount of milk produced – 1# feed/2# milk

Kids:
Birth
iodine (7%) feed and navel
BOSE 1 cc

1 Month
CD & T 2cc

BOSE 1cc

2 Months
CD&T 2cc
dewormer

Begin offering hay and grain by 2 weeks.
Trace mineralized salt and mineral – free choice.

Bottle fed kids:
4-8 oz milk, 4 times/day for the first 3-5 days
Min. 8 oz 3times/day 3-4 weeks, min.
Min 12 oz 2 times/day 4-8 weeks. (I usually give about 16-24 oz/kid 2 times/day for 3months)
Kids should be getting lamb/kid starter beginning at the age of 2 weeks. Gradually increase according to the instructions for the feed.
This is my favorite chart to go by when the kids are young. I keep this in the barn and refer to it often.
